The early learning provider must take steps to prevent and, once aware of, must not tolerate: (a) Profanity, obscene language, "put downs," or cultural or racial slurs. The department finds that after interviewing referent, multiple staff members, parents, observations, and completing a physical walk though of the center that the said allegations are valid.
